This Privacy Policy describes how Here We Are Construction, Inc (“Company”) collects, uses, and protects data accessed through its internal reporting tool (“Tool”). This Tool is intended solely for use by authorized Company personnel.

The Tool accesses financial and account data from Company systems via Intuit APIs, including:

• Accounts Receivable (AR) data (e.g., invoices, payments, customer balances)

• Accounts Payable (AP) data (e.g., bills, vendor payments, outstanding obligations)

• Limited account and user metadata necessary to operate the integration

The Tool does not collect personal data beyond what is already contained within Company financial systems.

3. Purpose of Use

Data is used strictly for internal business purposes, including:

• Generating scheduled financial reports

• Monitoring cash flow and outstanding balances

• Supporting accounting and operational decision-making

4. Data Access

Access to data is restricted to:

• Authorized employees and contractors with a legitimate business need

• Role-based permissions where applicable

9. SMS Communications

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS messages from HWA Construction, we may send project updates, appointment reminders, event notifications, maintenance updates, and occasional promotional communications. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
